We collect only the information needed to manage your membership: identity, contact, batch, and payment records. Files such as profile photos and payment receipts are stored in the association's private, access-controlled cloud storage and are only visible to you and authorised committee administrators. Data is never sold. You can request deletion at any time by contacting the committee.
